General
The following terms and conditions and any other related rules that are adopted by Fortune Wonder and made available as provided herein (collectively, the “Conditions of Sale”) shall apply to all sales of products that you (the “Customer” or “you”) may order from Fortune Wonder on the Internet via the Fortune Wonder website, identified by the domain name www.fortunewonder.com, and any associated mobile or digital applications that refer to these Conditions of Sale (together, the “Platform”). 

In the case of an order placed through the Platform, when you check the “I have read and I accept the Conditions of Sale” box at the payment section of the Platform before placing your order with Fortune Wonder, you indicate your acceptance of these Conditions of Sale. If you refuse to accept these Conditions of Sale, you will not be able to order any Fortune Wonder products from the Platform.

Please read the Conditions of Sale and check our Platform on a regular basis to be informed of any changes. Fortune Wonder may modify the Conditions of Sale from time to time, at its sole discretion, and your continued use and/or registration following such change will signify your agreement to be bound in the future by the modified Conditions of Sale. We reserve the right at any time make changes to this site, including the prices, products and services offered on this site. If you are placing an order through the Platform, then by checking the “I have read and I accept the Conditions of Sale” box and placing your order, you will be indicating your agreement to be bound by the Conditions of Sale as so modified through such time. 

In addition to the terms and conditions stated herein, all other implied terms of online shop shall apply.

Purchasing Eligibility
Only individuals (and not legal entities) who (a) have reached the age of majority (eighteen in most parts of the wold) and (b) have legal capacity to enter into contracts may order products on the Platform. If you are under the age of majority or otherwise cannot lawfully enter into a contract, you must have your parent or guardian place an order on your behalf and thereby assent to these Conditions of Sale. Any orders placed in violation of this provision shall be null and void.

By placing an order on the Platform, you represent and warrant that you are a bona fide end-user customer and will not deliver, sell or otherwise distribute Fortune Wonder products or purchase Fortune Wonder products for commercial purposes or any other commercial benefit, unless permitted by us.

Product Availability; Quantity
All orders placed through on the Platform are subject to availability and acceptance by Fortune Wonder.

Fortune Wonder reserves the right to change the assortment of items offered on the Platform, and may limit from time to time the quantity of Fortune Wonder products that may be ordered by a Customer in a single buying session, without prior notice. Fortune Wonder further reserves the right to not send any items that has become unavailable even after your payment has been accepted. Other items that are available in the same order will continue to be sent without prior notice and the unavailable item will be refunded accordingly. We do not hold any responsibility to any kind of loss that may incur due to such incidences. 

Under normal circumstances, our shopping cart system will capture unavailable item/s at zero cost. In the case where your payment was received and an item becomes out of stock after that, we will refund you the item/s cost accordingly. We will also consider to refund you the shipping charge associated to the unavailable item according to the difference between your original shipping charge with the item compared to the new shipping charge without the item. 

Account Registration; Personal Information; Express Checkout
In order to place an order ­on the Platform, you may either register and create an online account on the Platform, or place an order as a guest without creating an online account by selecting the "Express Checkout" option. In order to create this account, you will be required to provide valid and up-to-date personal information, such as your legal name, phone number and e-mail address, and to confirm that you have reached the age of majority.

Upon completion of your account registration on the Platform, you are responsible for ensuring that your password and account login are kept secret, safe and secure at all times. Fortune Wonder will not be held responsible or liable for any misuse of your account in connection with, and/or resulting from, a third party’s access to and use of your password and account login.

Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more details about how we may use your personal information. If you select the “Express Checkout” option on the Platform, your online account will not be created and we will not use your personal information for any purpose other than in connection with processing your order.

When placing an order on the Platform you will be required to provide other personal information as applicable, such as shipping address, billing address and payment details. Additional information may be collected by Fortune Wonder or its third party providers at this time for security and anti-fraud purposes.

You represent and warrant that the personal information you provide via the Platform is true, valid, complete and up-to-date in all respects, and you confirm that you are the person referred to in the shipping (unless the item is a gift) and billing information provided.

Should any of the information you provide on the Platform change, please log in to your account and update such information directly on the Platform.

Product Descriptions and Measurements
We try to ensure that the information, including product descriptions, functions, claims, dimensions, materials, make and colours, provided on the Platform, in advertisements or catalogues are accurate and complete. However, we make no guarantees, whether express or implied, in relation to the accuracy, reliability and completeness of such information.

Our measurements are estimates and may NOT be precise or 100% accurate. Our products are generally measured on width, length and height in inches. On the other hand, the estimated weights of items are measured using the scale in grams. Weights of each item and piece may vary piece by piece and inaccurate. The cost and dollar value of all products we sell are not determined by their weight. We do not guarantee the weight of all items we sell.

Orders
If you are ordering on the Platform, orders will be processed as follows: Once you have chosen a product, click on the “Add to Cart” icon to place this product in your shopping cart. You may then decide to continue shopping for other products and add them to your shopping cart (subject to availability and quantity limits) or proceed to “Checkout” by clicking on this button. You may also remove one or several products you have selected by re-entering quantity as "0" next to the chosen product in the Shopping Cart and clicking on "Update Cart". Check the box next to “I have read and I accept the Conditions of Sale”. Then, click on “Checkout” to place your order. Once on the payment page, review your order details and personal information (including email, shipping address, billing address and payment information).

Notwithstanding anything to the contrary provided for herein, Fortune Wonder reserves the right to refuse, cancel and terminate orders at any moment in time. For example, Fortune Wonder may refuse, terminate or cancel your order if there is an ongoing dispute concerning payment of a prior order or if Fortune Wonder suspects, in its sole discretion, that you have engaged in fraudulent or grey market activities or have otherwise violated these Conditions of Sale.

Prices; Shipping Costs; Custom Duties and Taxes
All prices shown on the product pages of the Platform are in U.S. Dollars.

Fortune Wonder reserves the right to modify prices and delivery costs at any time without prior notice.

Actual shipping costs will be reflected on your payment page before you are asked to confirm and place your order and will also be reflected in the Confirmation of Order. Delivery costs are not stated on the product pages but will be added to the product price, if applicable, after you have chosen your delivery location and options.

The shipping charge is based on the total DIMENSIONAL WEIGHT of packed items including packaging materials. The DIMENSIONAL WEIGHT calculates not only the actual weight but also the volume of the package. The shipping charge includes actual item/s weight and all packaging materials involved (for example packaging box, damping materials, envelope, label, pouch, airway bill, commercial invoice etc). When you check out your order, our shopping cart system will automatically add up the weight of all items together with packaging materials in one shipment.

The total shipping charge is based on our own rates. Our rates are competitive and made more affordable because they are partially subsidized by us. The actual rates provided by the couriers may be more expensive. All items in one order will be shipped in ONE shipment. We reserve the rights to choose the means and carrier to deliver the order.


Custom duties, taxes, storage fees at destination and additional courier charges are NOT part of SHIPPING COST paid to us. They are separately imposed during custom clearance at destination. Custom policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. Under normal circumstances, shipments for items meant for "personal use" and declared below the "de minimis value" may not be imposed with custom duties. But there is no guarantee to this claim because it is subjected to your custom's discretion and policy which is out of our control. Different countries have varied customs policies, therefore you may be subjected to shipment delays once your package is withheld for customs check. Your purchase will consider you as the importer of the item into your country and any form of import duties and taxes will be paid by you. Please comply with all regulations of the country in which you receive your goods.

There will be brokers to clear custom taxes and import duties on your behalf, and it is therefore your responsibility to complete the payment to our international courier service provider when you are being approached. At certain destinations, the clock starts to click on storage fees once the shipment arrives at custom office. Therefore any delay in custom clearance will subject you to more payments.

Also please be informed that declaring a parcel as "gift" does not prevent custom officers from imposing the duty. Therefore, for those who intend to have the parcel directly shipped to a friend or relative as a gift, it is your own responsibility to obtain agreement from the consignee to pay the duties. Please do not give them surprises.

For instances whereby a shipment has been made and duties already being imposed at destination, you cannot reject and return the parcel back to Fortune Wonder. Such instructions will not mean you do not have to pay for the duties and taxes. Fortune Wonder is not responsible to bear any cost involved for returning the parcel nor any taxes by destination customs that had already incurred. You will still be charged accordingly in the event that such irrational instructions are triggered and instructed by you.

Incorrect Pricing
If an error is discovered in the price of the goods or services that you have ordered, we will inform you and cancel the particular order. You will then be asked to re-order the item at the correct price. We shall be under no obligation to fulfill an order for a product and its services, which was displayed with an incorrect price. If the item(s) or service(s) has been charged and not dispatched, we will cancel and refund your order.

We reserve the right to require payment of fees for certain services. Customer shall pay all applicable fees, as described on the site in connection with such services selected by the customer.

Payment by Credit Card or Paypal
When ordering on the Platform, you will need to enter your payment details on the appropriate form. ­All credit/debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorize payment to Fortune Wonder, you will need to contact your card issuer directly to solve this problem, and Fortune Wonder will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.

We accept almost all major credit cards such as Visa, Mastercard and AMEX for online payment. Credit card transactions will be handled by Stripe and Paypal. All credit card information and security codes are directly entered into the payment pages provided by Stripe or Paypal and will not be exposed to us or any third party. They have very strict counter measures against fraud and credit card theft. Therefore shopping with us is guaranteed to be safe!

In order to process your order,  security checks may be performed on your credit card. The full amount of your purchase will be blocked on your credit card until your order is approved by Fortune Wonder, and your credit card will be charged the applicable purchase price once your order is ready to shipped. By submitting an offer to purchase Fortune Wonder products on the Platform, you expressly authorize the third parties to perform such security checks, where they deem necessary, to transmit or to obtain information (including any updated information) about you to or from third parties from time to time, including but not limited to your credit-card number, to authenticate your identity, to validate your credit card, to obtain a credit card authorization and to authorize individual purchase transactions.

Fortune Wonder and our third parties take precautions — including administrative, technical, and physical measures — to safeguard your personal information against loss, theft, and misuse, as well as against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. Unfortunately, transmitting information over the Internet is not completely secure. Although we will implement appropriate measures to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee the security of the data you transmit; any transmission is at your own risk and we cannot be held liable. Review and Confirmation
You should carefully check and confirm all details on the payment page before placing your order through the Platform, including without limitation the particulars of each sale.

Shipping and Delivery
We will process your order immediately upon receiving them.

Shipping time would normally vary between 1-5 working days depending on your region in the world. Since our courier services specialize in US and Asia Pacific shipment, these regions enjoy faster delivery. As for our warehouse order process time, we normally process orders within 24 hours, but again it depends on the queue. When estimating package delivery time, please allow time for credit card approval, address verification and order processing. 

Average Total Delivery Time = Order Processing Time (0-2 business days) + Shipping Time (1-3 business days)

You are responsible to prepare proper means to receive your shipment. It is required that you provide your day time telephone numbers where you can be reached when you check out from our shopping cart, so that our international courier service provider can contact you. Saturday and the destination's holidays will not be considered as a regular business day with respect to estimated delivery lead time. We are also unable to arrange for delivery during odd hours. In the event that no one is around when the shipment is delivered during work hours, a postcard will be dropped for you to collect the parcel from a nearby facility within 2 working days. We have agreed with our international courier service providers that they have no obligation to hold any parcel for more than 2 working days and any parcel left unclaimed for 2 working days is to be destroyed and disposed off.

We DO NOT provide any guarantee with regards to the "timeliness" of a delivery. In the event that you consider needing the products urgently but they arrived too late for them to be useful later, we do not hold any responsibility to your personal expectations. They are non returnable nor rejectable.

Our account agreements with the courier service providers do not provide money back guarantee on shipment. For example, if your shipment does not arrive timely, there is NO money back guarantee. You are required to follow our shipment policy instead of the ones provided by the couriers because you are not paying a full fee directly to them for your shipment. In the event that you like to follow the courier's policy and pay a full fee by yourself, please sign up an account with the courier and we can have your shipping costs directly charged to your account.

We ship by air via Fedex and DHL. We reserve the rights to select which  courier to use. Using an international courier service to ship provides a more HASSLE FREE experience. It ensures that items get to our valued customers as fast as possible reliably. Normally packages get delivered within 48 hours to USA and within 3 days to any other countries. All packages can be tracked on-line. You will receive via an automated email a tracking number once the parcel is released from our warehouse. Your order may take a longer time to process in the event of insufficient stock, purchases by bulk or orders that require customisation. The delivery time frame stated above is solely for reference. We have the right to advise you on the feasible delivery date based on the circumstances.

Proof of Delivery and PO Box/Military Camp Addresses
We require a proof of delivery and signature of the receiver for all deliveries. It is therefore the responsibility of you to provide proper means of receiving the parcel during work hours on work days (Monday to Friday) at the shipping address provided. For those who prefer to file an authorization of delivery (for example: request package to be left at front door etc.) or make separate arrangements with our air express service provider separately (such as re-routing the parcel etc.), you will bear all extra charges incurred. We will not be responsible for extra charges incurred, any lost or damage. Please be informed that insurance for lost and damage is automatically void once you make separate arrangements with our international courier service provider. All packages that are requested by the consignee to be left at the door front will not be insured against loss and damage. We regret that "no" PO Box and Military Camp address is acceptable in USA. But in countries such as Canada and UAE, PO Box address is acceptable as long as you provide a day time contact number where the couriers are able to reach you regarding delivery release of your shipment.

Change in Shipping Address
It is your responsibility to provide the correct address to ensure no delay to the shipment. A wrong address provided can result in delivery delay and possible re-routing fee and extra handling charges. This include the postal code, the unit number, street number, city, state and country. It can also result in the shipment being destroyed or disposed off if the parcel is left unclaimed because it is our agreement with our international courier service provider that they are not required to hold any parcel for more than 2 working days. You will bear all losses due to any wrong address provided. Please write to order [at] fortunewonder.com with your order number if you intend to make any changes to your delivery address. There will be no charges if your shipment has not been shipped yet. However, once your parcel has been dispatched from the warehouse, please prepare to pay a standard fee of USD5 per airway bill for change to any part of the address. In the event that you change your mind on the delivery address after the shipment has been shipped out, you have to contact us at order [at] fortunewonder.com with your order number. All instructions will need to come from origin to protect against wrong delivery.

Missing Item
It will be an awful experience if an item is missing when a shipment is received. We understand how frustrating it is when this happens. To prevent a human error, our processing team allocates a 3-persons buddy system to pack an order at a packing station. This equals to high accuracy with "zero missing occurrence" where items packed into a shipment will be triple checked. If a customer claims for a missing item, we have a preemptive fool proof system to revisit back on the items at the point of packing. There are four video cameras installed at the packing station to capture and archive everything that was packed into a shipment. Therefore, for genuine cases of missing item, there will be no need for war of words between buyer's words vs seller's words. We have all the facts ready. The customer need not worry that we will not be accountable. We can check back easily on our side to uncover the truth.

If the outer part of the box has been tampered with, we will need an official letter from the customs office or proof of loss in weight from the courier service in order to file for insurance claim.

Buyer fraud - is becoming a growing concern among online sellers. Buyer fraud is a term used to describe the unethical actions of consumers upon or after making a purchase. One of the most common tricks used in buyer fraud is to contact a marketplace or seller, and claim that an item was never delivered after it was has been received. After making a claim, bad buyers are awarded a refund or a replacement by sellers who are not well equipped. Effectively gaining a free product or two items for the price of one. To combat, video recordings and images are great way to know what is inside a shipment and best proof for payment gateway and credit card issuing bank. We take preemptive steps to cover ourselves in case we come across a bad buyer. We reserve the right to ban a bad buyer with such distasteful habit from shopping with us in the future.

Wrong Item Sent
The customer need not worry that we will not be accountable. We can check back easily on our side to uncover the truth.

Lost Shipment
You are responsible to track the flow of your package via a tracking number sent to you via email by our courier after your parcel is being released from our warehouse. However, under unforeseen circumstances, if your shipment go missing and you have not received your order after 10 days, you may contact us at order [at] fortunewonder.com with your order number and we will take appropriate action. However, please take no more than 14 days from the day you order to inform about you not receiving your parcel. We have all packages fully insured with a reputable insurance company. 

Damaged Goods and Other Complaints
We perform 100% Quality Assurance Check with a buddy system (each order is packed by one personnel and double-checked by another) and ensure all items are packed in accurate quantity and good condition. Our computerized inventory system will also be able to track the quantity of items sold and match them with our current inventory. All items are packed very strongly and firmly. Our packaging had undergone drop test experiment and assured to be secured. Damage caused by shipment are usually unlikely but in the event that you found your items broken or damaged upon delivery, please inform by e-mailing us at order [at] fortunewonder.com immediately and state your order number. You are required to submit digital photo evidences of the damaged items and provide us with clear explanations. All items are fully insured with a reputable insurance company. Our customers are advised to perform inspection upon arrival. Damage claims or related complaints after 48 hours from delivery date will not be accepted. It is your responsibility to ensure that you are available to receive the packages when delivered and check them immediately. Please contact us immediately via email at order [at] fortunewonder.com for discrepancies. Our representatives will help resolve the problems for you and your replacement will be shipped free of charge after the investigation is completed. On refund request, we reserve the rights to make the final decision. If our decision is to refund, we will refund the FULL AMOUNT on the merchandize after insurance claim has been successful. However the SHIPPING COST CANNOT be refunded, because shipping charge is based on combined shipping. Shipping cost will be considered charged and not refundable at the moment items are shipped out by us. The refund will be credited back to your credit card only. We cannot refund via money order, check or wire transfer.

Note: Please be very HONEST when reporting a damage to prevent embarassment. The courier and ourselves are able to differentiate between shipping induced failures and customer induced/self inflicted failures, eg. customer accidentally dropping an item on the floor due to a slip of hands causing a damage. Self inflicted failures are not claimable. From Feng Shui perspective, it is also advisable not to cheat even though it is covered by shipping insurance because feng shui cures and enhancers are items to improve luck, and if the intention is not right, it cannot bring any positive effects. One must not cheat to get feng shui items, but rather buy the item generously to make them work positively. Please practise feng shui with a pure heart and good intention.

Defective Products
Fortune Wonder is extremely cautious in ensuring that each product strictly complies with our quality criteria and that it has passed all our controls, both technical and aesthetic.

If nevertheless you receive a product that seems to be defective, you may contact us first at order [at] fortunewonder.com by stating your order number and providing us photos with a 1x visual of 45cm distance from the defect. Photos of microscopic visuals with high magnifications are not considered. We will ask you to return it to Fortune Wonder at your own cost. Upon receipt, Fortune Wonder will classify if the returned product is genuinely a defective product. Please note that items that are damaged as a result of shipping are not considered to be defective.

If your product is declared as defective by, the following solutions will be proposed to the Customer or the Gift Recipient, as applicable:

i) Fortune Wonder will send you the same product in the exact same size, subject to availability,

ii) Fortune Wonder will cover the cost of return the defective item to us and replacing your item.

However, if the product is found to be not defective and within our acceptance criteria, then the same item will be sent back to you at your own shipping cost. 

Product Appearance and What We Don't Guarantee
1. All photos of our products are being taken by professionals and being touched up for web-viewing, therefore the actual product can appear different under different viewing environment and lighting conditions.
2. We also DO NOT guarantee that the items are "100% scratch free, chip free and spotless" because different items have different quality criteria from different suppliers.We do not refund or accept returns on items that are perceived as not meeting "customer's personal quality expectations", such as perfection or overly immaculate expectations. Customers are suppose to clarify their expectations with our sales department if they are in doubt of any item quality prior to any purchase, and not after the purchase. 
3. We cannot guarantee on the workmanship of the crafted items that do not meet customer's personal opinion and expectation because via the internet there are no means for our products to be felt and closely inspected by customers prior to purchase. Therefore if customers agree to make purchases through the internet, they have agreed on Fortune Wonder's inspection criteria. We also do not allow customers to purchase items to take a look at them to fulfill self-curiosity, then later request to return after they had satisfied their curiosity.
4. In addition, some products that are handmade may not appear exactly the same as the ones shown in pictures, because handicrafts differ from one piece to another. Painted handicrafts may differ in colors, shapes, patterns etc.
5. Also please take note that only grossly cohesive fracture is considered as a damage, thus claimable via shipping insurance. Adhesive drop-offs due to shipping shock vibe is not considered as a damage because the international courier does not recognize such claims, and it is the responsibility of customers to glue them back in the event that there is an adhesive problem aggravated by shock vibe.
6. As many of our products are delicate in nature, we do not guarantee their lifetime, there is no warranty on how long the items will last in terms of their color, shine, intactness, usage and appearance. We only guarantee that items will arrive in good condition as they are supposed to be on the day of delivery. Any complaints or discrepancy made after 3 days of delivery CANNOT be entertained.
7. The bottom part of products are considered unimportant as far as appearance is concerned. Deliberately left unpolished or semi-finished, they may reveal huge spots, scratches, dents and any other cosmetically unnecessary defects that will be part of our acceptance criteria. This may also apply to the interiors, anything behind or certain part of items where cosmetic appearance is unnecessary.
8. There is no reliability test conducted on the products lifetime and their use conditions. Therefore, any item broken or dismantled are NOT exchangeable or replaceable during its usage time. This includes any short life wear and tear of bracelets, amulets, tassels, pendants, necklaces etc. Customers are held responsible for their own usage conditions.
9. There is no guarantee for any defect or damage sustained on packaging materials. Shipping insurance does not cover for packaging materials. They are suppose to give way and sacrifice itself to protect items inside from getting damage. Therefore, no replacement or refund for dented or damaged packaging materials, containers, manufacturer's box or gift boxes no matter how pretty they should appear to be. Remember, all manufacturer's box and packaging materials are FREE and therefore they are not claimable.
10. Anything described as FREE on this website is subjected to availability. There is no guarantee on anything desribed as FREE.
11. Items that are made from natural stone (eg. bracelets/pendants/decoratives of crystal and jade) may have uneven textures, different colors, different quality, carving scars, natural inclusions or original lines/cracks/cavity in them which may extend to the surface. Since each piece is carved by hand and not molded artificially, carving scars are possible and carving quality varies from one to another. For all items made from natural crystal, Each piece is unique on its own. Therefore, your purchase will not look exactly the same as in photos on our website and the sizes may vary from one piece to another.
12. Items that are made from brass are held by tools and shaped through machining from blocks, there could be tiny tool marks or scratches visible under 45cm visual. Cast brass work experiences high heat process, gas defect, extreme shrinking and rough process steps, therefore they have "common irregularities" on their surfaces. They include blisters, bubbles, shrinkages, cavities, scratch lines, dents, tarnishes, dark spots, oxides etc. They are NOT considered as faulty and therefore are non rejectable. Despite obtaining from factories that provide high brass purity and the best in workmanship that supply only grade A pieces to us, common irregularities are still unavoidable.
13. Gold plated surfaces or gold chromed surfaces may have their own limitations. Gold plating and chroming's intention is to make ornaments appear as if they are made from gold. But they are not really gold, therefore they cannot behave exactly 100% like solid gold. Mild bare spots (lack of coverage), underplating (Deposit too thin), inferior appearance, shortened shelf life, poor corrosion resistance, hydrogen embrittlement, scratches, dark spots and lacquer contaminants are common and acceptable.
14. All items are being checked under 1x visual at a distance of 45cm with naked human eyes. They are never done under zoomed conditions by visual aids. Therefore, customers who try to capture a perceived problem by high megapixel camera (from the smartphone) in a distance shorter than 45cm and in zoomed conditions will not be rationally acceptable.

Cancellation Policy
We offer money back guarantee for order cancellation if the order has NOT yet been dispatched from our warehouse to the international courier service provider. Cancellations are best made within 1 hour of your order time by emailing to order [at] fortunewonder.com and stating your order number. Requests sent to any other email addresses will not be accepted. All items are normally shipped very fast. Shipped items will be too late for cancellation. Once shipped, items are considered sold. However, in the event that your cancellation takes place before your items are shipped, a fee will also be imposed on any handling and airport pull back charges imposed by the courier. The minimum fee that will be charged depends on how much packaging and handling is done. Also kindly be understood that the sending of your email to us does not guarantee that the email has been received or being read by us. Therefore we do not hold responsibility on the cancellation if an order has been shipped, even though your email had been sent out earlier. We will do our best to assist you as soon as possible once we read your email.

Return Policy
Feng shui involves manipulating chi (energy). Therefore, it is our duty to ensure that feng shui items purchased by our customers are brand new with new chi and never being used before. Used items may accumulate unwanted chi from the previous owners which could affect the effectiveness of the feng shui enhancers or cure.
